This License Agreement governs the use of Luzyon software products.

License Grant

Upon purchase, Luzyon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

Activation

Each license may be activated on up to 2 computers owned and operated by the purchaser.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share license keys.
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense the software.
• Reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law.
• Upload the software to public repositories or file-sharing services.

License Enforcement

Luzyon may deactivate licenses associated with:

• Chargebacks
• Refunds
• Fraudulent purchases
• License sharing

Sample Pack Usage

Included samples may be used commercially in music productions.

You may not:

• Resell samples individually.
• Redistribute sample libraries.
• Repackage Luzyon content as your own product.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Luzyon.

Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in license termination without refund.

Thank you for purchasing products from Luzyon.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or the license has been issued.

Digital Products

Products sold by Luzyon may include:

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

License Deactivation

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

• Immediate license suspension
• Account suspension
• Permanent loss of access to purchased products

We strongly encourage customers to contact support before opening a dispute.

Sample Packs

If a sample pack has already been downloaded, Luzyon may refuse a refund request due to the irreversible nature of digital content delivery.
